Show Review: February 25th at Harper’s Ferry
(disclaimer, I ran this show, so I am a bit biased)
Bands:
Same Mistake Twice, overall I wasn’t too impressed, they weren’t very original and weren’t nearly as energetic as their music.
Cougar in The Workplace, they’re getting better each time I see them, still some kinks to work out, but definitely better. They were also the funniest band of the night, cracking jokes about the economy and Chris Brown.
Ribs, considering it was their first show they put on a pretty solid performance. They had a few technical issues with the bass, and were alittle sloppy, but they’ve got a lot of potential.Henry Gale, I’ve seen Henry Gale a couple times before and this was another solid performance. If you like Post Rock(Explosions In The Sky), you’ll probably like Henry Gale, they’re very solid, and put on a good show.
